Shipping Policy



Where can you arrive?

Currently, DEKO Products can arrive the United States, European member countries, Brazil, Israel, and Russia. Please check with customer serivce for other areas. Remote area of countries above may unavailable.

Note: Belgium is unavailable for shipping issues now.

When will I receive my order?
In general,the parcel send to USA will arrive to you within 5-10 business days after we take the order. It needs around 2-5 business days for us to prepare the products.So please at ease if there is still no shipping confirmation information send to you. If there's anything wrong with your parcel, we will send you message in  5 business days.
But please allow a several days delay if it's during special off or promotion.
To the other countries, the shipping time depends on the distance between our shipping warehouse and the customer's address.
In general,it will arrive between 10 - 30  business days.
DEKO has our own warehouses supplier all over the world. Delivery times are beyond our control but rest assured that we only work with reliable suppliers to give you the best service.

Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.

Taxes and other charges
It depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.

Return Policy
If your DEKO purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.
To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and resalable.
Refunds will be provided after the items have been received and inspected by DEKO.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Taxes and any other charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.


Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Due to the Chinese Traditional New Year's holiday, the orders from 29th January to 8th February will be sent out before 12th February.
