Please follow the main steps below:

Step 1: Determine the sizes of wood you will need by measuring the armrest of the sofa. Prepare wood panels of three sizes.

Step 2: Measure out the holes for screwdriving and a hole for the cupholder on the top piece of wood. Mark the middle point where the pilot drill of your hole saw will get the hole started.

Step 3: Apply a special bit that works as the hole saw on the brushless drill, then cut.

Step 4: Use the mini grinder to sand the inside of the hole, getting rid of the splinters.

Step 5: Prepare those four holes with the brushless drill for screwdriving.

Step 6: Cut another wood panel and cover it on the holder hole, use a screwdriver, and nail them together.

Step 7: Bind three wood panels together with four screws.

Step 8: Apply a coat of anti-corrosive paint and allow it to dry for at least 12 hours.
